Scheduled Downtime for Paragon January 20, 2016

Paragon will be unavailable starting at 10:00pm Wednesday January 20, 2016 until 06:00am Thursday January 21, 2016 for server patching.

MPF will be available during the downtime. Click here for directions on how to access MPF outside of Paragon.

Paragon Database Upgrade November 4, 2015

Paragon will not be available from 10:00pm Wednesday 11/04/2015 through 6:00am Thursday 11/05/2015 while it is being upgraded.

Paragon Database Upgrade

Paragon will be unavailable from 10:00pm Wednesday 07/22/2015 through 6:00am Thursday 07/23/2015 during the upgrade.

MPF/HPF will be available for medical record access.

Multiple Applications Downtime

Paragon, MPF, ChartScript and multiple other applications will not be available from 9:30pm Saturday 04/25/2015 through 5:30am Sunday 04/26/2015 (See list below)

Dictated reports will continue to be transcribed while the applications are not available. Please call Precyse at 888-840 4983 to request an urgently needed report be faxed during the downtime.

Paragon Downtime

Paragon Database Upgrade

Paragon will be down Monday night 12:00am January 19, 2015 through Tuesday morning 6:00am January 20, 2015 for a Database Upgrade.

Downtime proceudres will be used while the system is unavailable. MPF/HPF will be availble for medical record access.

HPF Downtime

HPF will be DOWN from:

 

Sunday, November 2, 4:00pm

to

Monday, November 3, 7:00am

(15 Hours)

Purpose: Horizon Patient Folder (HPF) is being upgraded to McKesson Patient Folder (MPF).

Transcribed History and Physicals, Progress Notes and Consults will be auto-printed on nursing units through the weekend for availability during the MPF upgrade downtime.
